The MultiQuant package enables you to calibrate spectrometers to perform Chemometric (multiwavelength) quantitative chemical analysis using Least Squares Multiple Regression mathematics (MLR). The package incorporates cutting-edge algorithms which automatically search for and select the optimum wavelengths to use for the calibrations. Calibration models can be combined to permit the simultaneous analysis of multiple constituents in each sample. MultiQuant can be run directly under Windows, or it can be used within the GRAMS/32 software package.
There are two wavelength search algorithms to enhance flexibility. The user can control the nature and extent of the search. one algorithm is a uniquely efficient algorithm to control the search pattern; this is useful for situations where many wavelengths are used in the calibration. The second algorithm provides flexible searches up to all-possible-combinations searching.
